It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sharon Lee Hicks of Susanville, California, born in Riverton, Wyoming, who passed away on January 17, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sons, Peter Francis, Jr. and Jeffrey Bradner; her parents, Preston Laymon and Frances Laymon; her brothers, Gary Laymon and Jack Laymon; and her great grandchild Addison Hoisington.
She is survived by: her husband Peter Hicks; her daughters, Tess Adams (Mark) of Hermiston, Jenefer Jackson (Mark) of Bakersfield and Shannon Cummings (Bryan) of Tehachapi, California.; and her grandchildren, Melissa, Rachel, Khristine, Caleb, Rebekah, Sarah, Joshua, Mary, Samuel, Taylor, Grace and Robert. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
Wood Family Funeral Service requires guests to practice social distancing and face masks/covering are highly recommended.
