He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Stout and Ruth Dorothy Stout; his wife Marion "Ruth" Stout; his son Lawrence Paul Stout; his daughter-in-law Kathy Summerhill; and his brothers, Clarence, Robert and Paul Stout.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Kay Cooper (Mark) of Kingman and Kenna Rae Waddell (Arthur) of Wilton; and his grandson Tim Stout (Cindy) of Susanville. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to California Shriners Hospital for Children or Saint Jude.
