We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Hazel Colleen Harper (Susanville, California), born in Liberal, Kansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lloyd Pelton and Ernestine Pelton; and her children, Richard Lee Harper, Thomas Lloyd Harper, Nancy Harper Schindele and James Eldon Harper. She was also cherished by her four children, 12 grand-children and 19 great grand-children.
