He was predeceased by: his parents, George Osorio and Gloria Osorio of Sunnyvale, California.. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Stephen Osorio, Daniel Osorio (Esmeralda) and Desiree Osorio; his grandchildren, Aniesa, Dominic, Nathan, Keirra, Khloe and Kaia; his sisters, Victoria Azizkhan (Kiamars) and Michele Osorio; and his uncle Bob Osorio (Elaine). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many cousins.

Dennis was a sweet, gentle man and friend that loved music - Playing, running sound and being a part of the community giving up time of his own to help others have a good time. I missed some of our jam sessions. Although we were never in the same band together, there were quite a few sessions we had and I will cherish them always. God bless to the family. Michael Midland”
