He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Cristina, Bubba (David Jr.), Michael, Donnie (Donald), Jesse and Emily; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Christopher, Isabella and Oliver; his great grandchildren, Landon, Ryleigh, Kenzie and Hunter; his mother Felicitas; and his brothers, James and Philip. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and in-laws.
