The Koebels were a very close family ...My Mother always talked about Elaine. and we had many phone conversations after my Mother passed in 2005....Elaine shared many stories of growing up and of my Mom.....She will be truly missed.....”

“My name is Fern Miggins from Florissant MO...My Mother (also Fern Miggins - daughter of Regina and Otto Koebel)...was born july 29th and Mom was hoping Elaine would be born on her birthday....I sent a card but Dickie did not reply.....I don't know why we were not notified. Elaine was a wonderful person to talk to and still sharp to the end....She would entertain me with ghost stories .just like my Mom did with us...Sorry to hear that she passed....Please provide some info. on her passing...”
