William J. Kiefer Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William J. Kiefer of Sun City, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 19, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though William may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those William touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George A. Kiefer and Frances Margaret Kiefer (O'Brien); and his wife Mary.
In all of his assignments to remote places in the Diocese, he would use his own personal resources to help these struggling parishes in a spirit of true evangelical charity.
