He is survived by: his wife Ely Baltazar (Suisun); his daughter Christine B.; his son-in-law Rudy Gosiengfiao (Suisun); his grandson Christian Gosiengfiao (Suisun); his son Raffy; his daughter-in-law Diane Baltazar (Colorado); his grandchildren, Majo Yambao (Philippines) and Ryan Yambao (Philippines); his great grandchildren, Alonzo Yambao (Philippines) and Luna Yambao (Philippines); his grandchildren, Sean Baltazar (Philippines), Martina Baltazar (Philippines) and Rocco Baltazar (Colorado); and his brothers, Oscar Baltazar Jr. (Los Angeles) and Carlos Baltazar (Las Vegas).
