With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond Theodore Shafer Jr. (Suisun City, California), born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on August 7, 2019 at the age of 94. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Shafer and Alice Shafer (Mandery); his brother Bob Shafer; his nephew Francis Xavier Shafer; his brother-in-law Richard Evans (Dick); his sister Jane Evans; his nieces, Lisa Evans Gray (Bill), Cathy Evans Frailey (Jamie) and Mary Frances Shafer Bernard (Tom); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Eric, Chris Neves, Morgan, Jackson Frailey, Calvin Shafer, Kira Shafer Harris (Lance) and Sarah Frances Bernard; and also, Rylee, Ella, Tanner, Dylan, Desmond and Ethan.
