He was predeceased by: his parents, Reynard A. Steiner and Laura Steiner (Hromika); his wife Mary (McConaughy); his siblings, Reynard and Frances Gumbert; and his nephew Raymond Steiner.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Litzinger (Brian Litzinger), Johnstown, Dr. David J. Dean and Fort; and his brother Raymond Steiner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
