He was predeceased by: his parents, Yoneko Kokkeby and Merwin A. Kokkeby. He is survived by: his son Kyle Anthony Kokkeby; the mother of his child Paula Aviles; and his siblings, Minoru, Michael Kokkeby, Linda (Christopher Scott) and Lisa (Jerry Knight). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
