She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony; and her brother Louis Sirico (late Ann). She is survived by: her children, Angela Siuta-Pechin (late Timothy Siuta) and Anthony Pernice (Donna); her grandchildren, Michael Siuta (Lyndsay) and Kristian Siuta (Chastity); her great grandchildren, Gianna and Blake Siuta; and her sister Emilia Miele (late Vincent). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in Rose's name to Villa Scalabrini.
