He is survived by: his aunt Fuji Endo; his cousins, Karen Chow (Earl), Diane Nitta (Dale), Wendy Puntavatana (Chuck), Janice Endo, Cheryl Endo and Barbara Carney (Tom); his sister-in-law Judy Okita; his nephew Brandon Okita (Erin); and his nieces, Kristin Okita and Nicole Taira (Bryce).
