He is survived by: his wife Sandra Duncan; his son Nicholas Richard Duncan; his siblings, Gary Duncan (Chie) and Donna Gumm (Doug); and his nieces and nephews, JD, Brandon, Amanda and Kristy.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cherokee Memorial Park (Highway 99 at Harney Lane, Lodi, CA 95240).
