He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Lackey (Crouch) and Joe Lackey (Lorraine Lackey); his grandmother Edith Norton; his uncle Bill Lackey; his brother Dan Chouinard; and his nephew Michael Dan Chouinard.
He is survived by: his significant other Susan; his daughters, Nicolle Lackey and Tracci Lackey Dare (Dare); his son-in-law Jeff Dare; his granddaughters, Elle and Phoebe Dare; his siblings, Jim Lackey and Dovie McCusker; his cousin Chrissy Lackey; and his brothers-in-law, Joe Vigil (Sharon) and Nick Vigil (Diana).
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Vineyard Chapel at Cherokee Memorial Park (14165 Beckman Rd, Lodi, CA 95240).
