She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Johnson and Gloria Johnson; and her close friend Larry Chambers. She is survived by: her son Johnnie Hammond Jr. of Stockton; her siblings, Carla Johnson and Marvin Woodberry (Texas); her extended family, Star and Marcos Regino; and her pet Bella Hammond. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
