He was predeceased by: his parents, Beryl Brett Dearing Sr. and Viola Helen Dearing. He is survived by: his sister Kathy Negrete; his nieces and nephews, Edward Negrete Jr., David Negrete Sr., Martin Rodriguez, Toni Rodriguez and Lorraine Negrete; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Michelle Negrete, Alyssa Paculba, Aliyah Paculba, Lea Negrete, Aubryana Barragan, Vanellope Barragan, Anthony Acosta, David Negrete Jr. and Elijah Negrete; and also, Annalisa Green, Juliana Lopez, Angela Lopez and Joseph Lopez.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cherokee Memorial Park and Funeral Home (14165 Beckman Rd, Lodi, CA 95240).
