He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughters, Amanda Tavares-Alvernaz (Allen) and Jennifer Gonsalves (Dennis); his brother Frank Tavares (Terry); and his grandchildren, Calen, KatieJoy of Evee, JJ and Reagan. He is also survived by daddy, and an amazing papa to his 6 grandchildren.
