He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Christopher, Joshua, Ashley and Jeanelle; his grandchildren, Michael, James, Jocelyn, Max, Madi, Callie, Jackson, Ashley, Matthew, Drake and Lily; and his brother Ronald R. Mattox.
