We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2018, at the age of 61, Missy Lutz (Stanford, California), born in Palo Alto, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Barbara Lutz and Dick Lutz; her spouse Blair Philip; and her children, Spencer, Pierce and Meghan. She is also survived by her three children, Mother, and Sister.
