She is survived by: her children, Sharon Kay Van Buren, June Elizabeth Haynes, Ronald Eugene Waters and Scott Elmer Waters; her grandchildren, Brandon M. Black, Frank Koontz Jr., Ryan Waters, Cameron Waters and Colby Waters; her great grandchildren, Asja Koontz, Ciara Koontz and Elisia Koontz; and her brother William Topps. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews from her brother and other deceased siblings.
