He was predeceased by: his parents, John Puppo and Susun Van Deale (Ceasrine). He is survived by: his significant other Kathy Kazules (Kee); his children, Nick and Mary Grace Puppo; his brother Michael Modugno; and his half-sister Sandra Smith. He is also survived by five children, 16 grandchildren and one great grandson.
