He is survived by: his parents, Theodosia Gersch and Ambrose Gersch; his wife Mary Kephart; and his daughters, Paula, Hedy, Leona and Teresa. He is also survived by his wife and four daughters along with nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
