We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2021, at the age of 93, Stella Decesare (South San Francisco, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Frank DeCesare; her daughter MaryJane Piegaia; her parents, Michael Aquilina and Phillipa Aquilina; and her siblings, Joe Aquilina, Emmanuel Aquilina, Charles Aquilina, Mary Andrews, Pauline Aquilina and Vickie Tanti.

She is survived by: her children, Eileen Vivion (Doug) and Tony DeCesare; her grandchildren, Jeremy Jalilie (Michele), Hilary Keller, Christina Jalilie, Angela Piegaia, Christopher DeCesare and Brittany Hagan (Lucas); her great grandchildren, Christiana Jalilie, Jeremiah Jalilie, Bri O'Brien, Cali O'Brien, Max Simpson, Gracyn Hagan, Alex Hagan and Mikael Hagan; and her siblings, Ronald Aquilina, Fred Aquilina and Jane Zwicker.

She was the recipient in 2015 of the Maltese cross foundation award for all of her hard work.
