He is survived by: his friend Caroline Passerini; his wife Caroline; his sons, John (Nancy), Dan (Ruth), Ken (Rachel) and Jim (Janet); his grandchildren, Jeannine (Bora), Lauren (Dan), Ashley (Trish), Neal (Leanne), Ray (Danielle), Marcus, Aaron, David and Melani; and his great grandchildren, Nico, Cole and Joey.
