Perrick, Patricia (Tom Haupert) and Carolyn Perrick; his grandchildren, Jessica, Melissa, Rachel, Gianna, Vanessa, Roxanne, Dylan and Cassandra; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Marcus and Brianna.
