She was predeceased by: her father David Brent Smith; and her grandparents, Betty Jo "Nana" Gathagan and Raymond D. Smith. She is survived by: her children, Tryston Benko and Taryn Benko; her mother Jill L. Smith of DuBois; her siblings, Ryan Smith of DuBois, Justin Smith of DuBois, Nathan Smith of DuBois, Jameson Smith of DuBois and Ashleigh Conner (Wesley) of Richmond; and her grandmother Shirley Smith. She is also survived by mother, daughter, sister, friend.
