He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Michael Galanakis and Ephtehia Galanakis (Megara); his wife Zannet Pegadiotes; his children, Michael and Effie (Thanos Sisilas); his granddaughter Niki Sisilas; his siblings, Spiro Galanakis (Zoe), Hariklia Floraki and George Galanakis; and also George. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
