He was predeceased by: his father Richard Darwin; and his stepmother Marilyn Darwin. He is survived by: his wife Huimin Anna Kang; his son Rixu Yang; his mother Doris Carson; and his siblings, Mike Darwin and Carrie Darwin Rose. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
