He is survived by: his daughter Shelby Salyer of Temecula; his mother Mary Ann of Petaluma; his stepfather Peter Williams of Petaluma; his father Michael Macdonald of Sonora; his sister Jodi Wilson of Petaluma; his brother-in-law Matt Wilson of Petaluma; his brother Jeff Macdonald of Mary Esther, FL; and his sister-in-law Allena-Grace Macdonald of Mary Esther, FL. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Chris's honor may be made to the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center located at 1615 D Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.
