He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Keck Fertitta; and his son Steve. He is survived by: his significant other Lois Azevedo; his daughters, Terri (Ritzi Rizzitello) and Lisa (Randal Ormond); his grandchildren, Gavin, Austin, Conner and Kyleigh; and his nieces, Dianne Fertitta and Sherry Ardito.
No service is planned at this time due to COVID restrictions for gatherings.
