Richard Ebert Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Ebert of Sonoma, California, who passed away on December 8, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Richard departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Richard. Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marguerite Ebert (Frago) and Jacob Ebert. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Kitty) Ebert (Weitzel); his children, Richard Ebert, Richelle Ebert and Rhonda Sharp; and his stepdaughters, Jennifer McKnew and Leslie McKnew. He is also survived by his loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Viansa Winery (25200 Arnold Dr, Sonoma, CA 95476).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Council on Aging (http://www.councilonaging.com.), which provides a variety of services to seniors in our local community.
