She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera Lorraine Hayes and Walter Charles Hayes. She is survived by: her great-aunt Norma Walker (Gene); her siblings, Jerry Hayes and Donna Jones (Floyd); her children, Edward Mills (Sonia), Tami Leppelmeier (Erika) and Denise Smith; and also Montana. She is also survived by three grand-children as well as cousins.
