He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil McCracken and Christine McCracken; his brother Reverend David McCracken of Sonoma, CA; his son David G. McCracken of Aurora, CO; and his grandson Dylan Duran of Greeley, CO..

He is survived by: his wife Marline McCracken; and his daughters, Lorri Duran (Ellie), Kathy Stone (Nathan) and Annette Lorenzini (Jack). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
