She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde Wertz; her children, Kelly Wertz and Sally Wertz; and her grandson Cooper Wertz. She is survived by: her children, Colleen Snow, Shawna "Mark" Swafford and Casey "Sandy" Wertz; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Wertz Everhart; her siblings, Mary Lois Welsh and John Wahl; and her grandchildren, Jeff Gregori, Jennifer Russotti, Angelle, Kevin, Aprille, Spencer, Cassidy Wertz, Kristen DeOrnellas, Keith Swafford, Sarah Levin, Melissa Brown and Kyle Snow. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
