She was predeceased by: her parents, Blaine H Smith and Norma Dean Smith (Love). She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Reichardt and Eric Reichardt; and her siblings, Diane Milner of Tennessee and Gary Smith of Oregon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Born in Marin November 27, 1955 passed away October 24, 2018 in Sonoma County after a long battle with Alzheimer's.
