He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Katy" Atkinson; his son Richard Paul Atkinson of Danville, CA; his daughter-in-law Agnes Atkinson of Danville, CA; his grandchildren, Kyle Atkinson of Danville, CA, Cameron Atkinson of Danville, CA, Mitchell Yaden of Danville, CA and Alicia Yaden of Danville, CA; his nephew Gene Margheim; and his parents, Glenn Atkinson and Alma Atkinson.
