He is survived by: his wife Petra Melendrez; his children, Imogene Villa (Michael Villa) and Thomas Melendrez; his grandchildren, Brittanee Villa (Javier Trujillo), Jakub Melendrez, Thomas Jr. Melendrez and Johnathan Melendrez; and his great grandchild Joshua Trujillo. He is also survived by two sisters and two brothers.
