She was predeceased by: her father Alfonso Mejorado; her grandparents, Margarito Zamores and Leonor Zamores Bernales; her father-in-law Jim Carpenter; her niece Ashley Fitzjohn; and her nephew Samuel Fitzjohn.
She is survived by: her mother Rebecca Mejorado; her children, TJ Moran (Vanessa Moran), Caitlin Moran and Kelsey Carpenter; her stepson Andrew Carpenter; her grandchildren, Eli Prieto (Emily Prieto), Tommy Moran, Mia Moran and Penny Moran; her great grandchild Lorenzo Moran Prieto; her husband Marty Carpenter; the father of her children Thomas Moran; her brother Alfonso Mejorado; and her nephew Alfonso Mejorado (Robin Mejorado). She is also survived by god-children, family members, and friends.
