Though Salvador may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Salvador touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Ayala; and his children, Carolina Ayala, Margie Holman (Mike Holman), Carmen Holmes (John Holmes), Frank Ayala (Kathy Ayala) and James Ayala (Sue Lynch). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Assumption Catholic Cemetery (1380 Fitzgerald Rd, Simi Valley, CA 93065).
His professional journey included significant contributions to the field, including his involvement with the first rocket to go into space.
