He is survived by: his children, MSgt Diane Rubio (Ret), Cindee Rubio-Cervantes (Victor) of Tracy, CA, Denise Rubio of Bakersfield, CA. and Dean "Chester" Rubio (Taline) of Oak Park, CA; his stepson Raymond "Shawn" Morin (Heidi); his sister Alice Rubio of Phoenix, AZ.; and his former wife Rosita "Rosie" Escalante of Simi Valley, CA.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
