He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Garrett Barlow and Evva Burnham Barlow; and his sister-in-law Joan Yancey Barlow. He is survived by: his spouse Loreen Dee Jones; and his children, Carissa Anderson (Roy), Jessica Howell of Orem, UT, Nathan (Sarah), Nick (Michelle), Noah (Crystal) and Simi Valley. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and lots of friends.
