She is survived by: her husband Frederick Jacoby; her children, Michael Jacoby, Terry Jacoby (Wendy) and Kimberly Kaplan (Michael); and her grandchildren, Peter Jacoby, Nicholas Jacoby, Clarie Jacoby, Teri Grace Jacoby, Conor Jacoby (Victoria), Jack DeJarnett and Jason Kaplan. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and dear friends.

Memorial donations (in lieu of flowers) can be made in Nancy's name to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) or to Teach for America.
