“I worked for many years with Luis at West HIlls Hospital Medical Center. To me he was a kind considerate and compassionate man. You could always engage him in conversation. and often times I would ask him technical things about gardening, or problems with my car, woodworking and he always seemed knowledgeable whatever the subject was.
