We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2024, at the age of 86, Laura Elidia Melgar (Simi Valley, California), born in San Rafael, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Laura Elidia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Laura Elidia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gilberto Rodriquez and Norbertina Rodriquez; her husband Rafael Melgar; and her children, Sergio, Byron, Mario and Ingrid. She was also cherished by her eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
