It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn Dean Menard of Simi Valley, California, who passed away on January 4, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Conrad and Dan Conrad; and her husband Richard A. Menard. She is survived by: her brother Dennis Conrad of Menifee; and her children, Tom Borton of Murrieta, Connie De Fazio of Buellton and Kelley Yost of Murrieta. She is also survived by nieces and great grandchildren.
