It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helene Ruth Acton (Simi Valley, California), who passed away on February 22, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Texier and Ruth Texier; and her son Mark. She is survived by: her children, Danielle Acton (Marc Tunzi) and David Acton (Debbie); her grandchildren, Gabriela Behn (Martin), Dominique Tunzi, Matthew Tunzi (Natalie) and Trinity Acton; and her great grandchildren, Theodore, Franklin, Wilhelmina and Giovanni. She is also survived by brother-in-law and dear cousins as well as several nephews and nieces.
Donations in her honor may be made to Catholic Charities of Ventura County, St Paschal Baylon, Catholic Relief Services, SOAR (a Ventura County land conservation nonprofit), and NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Ventura County.
