He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Sweeney and Edward James Ouellette, Sr.; his siblings, Anne Statiroudis, Patricia Pittsenbarger and Stephen "Bud" Ouellette; and his nephew Aristedes "Teddy" Statiroudis.
He is survived by: his wife Sherrie Ouellette; his children, Ryan Ouellette (Monique) of Simi Valley and Jennifer Ouellette of Simi Valley; his grandchildren, Devyn, Dayton, Derek, Blake, Luke and Kaitlyn; and his siblings, Kathy Maryan, Myles, Michael, Gary Sweeney and Thomas Ouellette.
