She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Delphine Lamb and Howard Shattler of Glenwood; and her siblings, Jerry Shattler (late Roy) and Susie. She is survived by: her husband Roy Jennings Blake; her close friend Kathy Blake; her brothers, David Shattler and Ronald; her stepfather Thomas Diaz; her sister Susan Diaz; her stepbrother Dennis; her stepfather Hank Chapek; her stepsisters, Linda, Susie and Sandy; her daughters, Kathryn Evans (Scott), Amanda Blake and Samantha Theisen (John); and her grandchildren, Alexandra Robinson (Steven), Sarah Evans, Jakob Evans, Max Theisen and Zoe Theisen. She is also survived by 3 daughters and loving on 5 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
