He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Ryan, Michelle, Tyler and Catrina; his grandchildren, Hayden, Macoy, Jackson, Maxton, Sailor (Raye), Monroe and Memphis; and his sister Kathy Catoor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
